WHERE SHOULD YOU BE INVESTING TO STAY RELEVANT AND COMPETITIVE?
Achieving a high and consistent standard of experience requires intelligence about your campus users.
We use a number of research tools and processes to explore how people use and perceive campus facilities, such as teaching and study spaces, student accommodation, eating areas, gyms and toilets. We explore barriers to campus use, and how utilisation is shifting due to the impacts of the pandemic.
Clients use these outcomes in capital budget allocations across existing spaces, informing master plans or new buildings and making shifts to operations to improve experience.

We analyse the thousands of data points collected, and benchmark with other campuses. This helps us determine key performance gaps.STEP 3: CAMPUS UPLIFT STRATEGY
The data tells a story from which we advise where you should be spending money on campus to deliver a better experience.STEP 4: CHECK IN
We help you stay in touch with changes year on year, monitor the return from your investments and adjust planning to remain experience centric.

Customised engagement
We co-design tools to engage staff or students for masterplans, building design and capital planning
