Prize draw terms and conditions of entry (University of Sydney)

Method and rules of entry

Entry is open to current students at the University of Sydney. Only one entry per person per campus is valid. For each entry, at least one of the core survey questions must be completed to be eligible (not including demographic 'About You' questions). No AI-generated responses are valid. This survey is faciliated by Campus Intuition.
It is a total prize pool across all student-facing campuses. 

Duration of entry

The survey is running October 20 - Nov 9 2025. The final date may be extended by a week.

The original closing date has been extended and is now closing November 23, 2025. It may be extended again. 

The prizes will be drawn by Dec 5.

Details of prize

For entries received before midnight, Nov 16 AEST: The total prize pool is $2000. There are 9 cash card prizes in the draw. These are valued at:  1 x $550, 3 x $250, 5 x $100, 4 x $50. 

For entries received from Nov 17: The total prize pool is $200. There are 4 cash card prizes in the draw. These are valued at:  4 x $50. 

Publication of winners and delivery of prizes

Winners will be alerted by the personal email or phone number they leave on completion of the survey.  Pick up of the prize will be arranged with the winners within 2 weeks of notification. If there are unclaimed prizes after 3 months, another person will be randomly selected. 

Privacy and contact for questions

Your contact details for the prize draw will not be associated with your response and will be deleted once the draw is complete. Your data will, at all times be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, found here.
